At 1 his favorite toys are balls, cars, slides and things that make noise. (mostly pots and pans)
He can sign - More, all done, fan.
He says - mama, dada, nene (Emily), ball (ba-ba), dog (da-da).
He likes to say "baaa" - like boo, to scare you. Ben tries very hard to make animal sounds (baa for sheep, whooo, for dogs, mmmmmmm for cows.)
He loves to read, almost as much as he loves his sister.
He claps a ton and smiles even more
He likes to help clean up by putting toys in the basket.
He started climbing stairs at around 10.5 mths
He can stand up in the middle of the floor and stay there for up to 10 secs. but he is not trying to walk quite yet.
We love this boy!
