We took a family day before Troy left and went rock climbing (as much rock climbing as you can do with a 4yo and 1yo) at Moss Rock in Hoover. Troy comes here every week with a group of guys to climb, so it was fun to see him use his skilz with the kids! :)
Emily really got into it and did pretty well.

Then we had a picnic lunch on the green at the "The Preserve". The kids enjoyed running and playing, and relaxing. I love this pic of Ben because it captures his arm swing that he does while running.
