Day 178 - Pool party for our friends the Jacksons and the Simpsons, whom I did not get one picture of. Apparently, this is the only picture I took. I would not bode well as a single parent.
Day 179 - Found blasted cabbage worms on our broccoli. (they managed to devour half of our plants while we were gone just a few short days). Emily, of course made a home for a few of them, and this is the kids drawing pictures for the worms to view while munching their broccoli leaf. How nice. :0
Another blurry picture from that day. Daddy was still gone. We enjoyed grilled pizza and blueberries for dinner!
Day 180 - Daddy's finally home, so we show him all of the manners we nailed down during his absence!
Day 181 - Emily singing to Norah. Not a terrific picture, but an amazing memory.
And, of course, some outdoor play on our new lawn!
Day 182 - Back to School. We are beginning a tad early in order to try out a 5 week on, 1 week off schedule. In summer we will plan to take a 6 week break. Here is our desperate attempt to take a picture.
Bennie Boy had other interest than silly pictures....

Finally made it around to the school room door! Let the learning commence!!
