Easter is "Jesus Day"

We had a fun-filled busy Easter weekend. Friday we went to Mtgy so that I could work all day. We had dinner with Troy's family on Friday night. Saturday we went to FINALLY meet Little Miss Vivian Brewer (pictures of that to come), and we traveled home Saturday afternoon.

Saturday night we "dyed" our Easter eggs. We did not do this last year, but I really wanted to this year. Emily thought it was kind of fun to look at the colors.

Sunday morning, we woke Emily up and let her see her basket. She had a "hollow chocolate bunny", which she went nuts over. She pitched quite the fit when we took it away from her.

On to church for an "astonishing sermon", and time with our "family". We had Easter lunch here for some of our "family", and although it was a tight fit, we had a great time. The food was good, except for my macaroni and cheese, and egg hunting was cute to watch. All total we had 16 people here. The Brookins' girls "helped" the 18 month olds look for their "eggies".

And, of course, the Masters was on, so the guys hung out around the TV...

Great Easter! Can't wait to do it again next year!!
