Last week was busy. We finished up our 8th week of school, and we are on a break this week. Hooray! I am officially just "mommy" this week and not a "stay on task" teacher! :) We also
Day 238 - Picked up some YUMMY tomatoes from our sweet friend Abbey. Ben promptly began eating all of the cherry varieties!
Day 239 - We have started the battle crawl. Yipee!! We have mostly been working on walking (she can walk 16 miles a day with your hands) but a friend of mine, who is a Physiatrist said that there is neurological benefits to crawling, so she encouraged me to work with Norah on crawling again. A week later, here we are. Watch out World! (bad phone pic, but documented none the less)

Day 240 - Norah and Ben play so well together, love watching relationships blossom!
Day 241 - We headed to the lake Friday for the annual Bearden Family Reunion. This is our 13th year to meet at the lake on Labor Day (all 30 something of us), and spend the weekend together. Its fun y'all.

Little Miss was officially the first child to enter the water for this trip! We made her wear a life jacket b/c, well mostly because you can't see further than 3 feet below the water, and it is 12+ feet there where we swim. She was a trooper about it!
Day 242 - We finally talked Ben into getting into the water!
Day 243 - A little "Q-T" with Uncle Matt. Learning all about lures and such...

Day 245 - I had a much needed coffee date with a precious friend today. We were "drinking coffee" (mostly sharing our lives) for over 2 hours. Kudoos to hubs, who, not only never complained, but encourage me to go! When I came home, this is what I found....
A fort...with tons of books so they would not run out. I promised to let it stay up for 2 days, obviously the time away was good for me b/c it typically would have had to be cleaned up by bedtime!! :)
No pictures to prove it, but Troy and I also snuck off for dinner and a movie to celebrate his upcoming birthday. Also, a needed date.
