We made our annual trip down to Doodah Day with Cheryl this weekend (Nate was on call, and at the hospital "pulling babies out" - as Ems puts it).
This is an annual doggie parade, not sure how or why it was started, but people dress up their dogs and parade them down the streets of Southside Birmingham.
They also throw candy out, which my girl was all about!
At this point Emily had stopped saying "Mommy, dogs don't wear ... (fill in the blank for whatever costume they were donning)"
This guy was hot...
Ben, was out, as always. Not sure that he has had more than 1 hour awake (combined) since he was born...
